Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

    • Class registration is final. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED unless classes are cancelled by NorCal E.M.T.
    • Students more than 15 minutes late to scheduled class will be turned away.
    • If you Don't Pass, Get a Refund of your course registration fees minus the cost of the textbook (if purchased) and a $5 dollar transaction fee.
    • Due to the fact that our instructors are hired based on student attendance into our classes, students wishing to re-schedule or transfer classes must do so at least 48 hours prior to the start of class registered for.  Students may re-schedule 1 time before they forfeit their course registration fees. Students 'Failing to Attend' or that do not contact us prior to the start of class, will forfeit their registration fees and cannot re-schedule.  Students that contact us to re-schedule or transfer classes within 48 hours are subject to a transfer fee equal to 50% of the regular registration rate of the class student registered for.
    • Students making purchases in class may do so using cash (exact), credit or debit card. No personal checks will be accepted unless previous arrangements have been made (sorry for the inconvenience).
    • Replacement CPR Cards requested for ANY Reason will be processed for $15 dollars.
    • Students registering into ACLS or PALS at the 'Re-Certification Rate' understand the instructors of NorCal E.M.T. will verify their possession of an 'American Heart Association' certification card (valid or expired) prior to the start of class.
    • Students are responsible for ensuring they are registering into the correct class that meets their training requirements.
