Class Cancellation Policies
Class registration is final. No refunds will be issued unless classes are cancelled by NorCal E.M.T.
Due to the fact that AHA courses are video based, students more than 10 minutes late to scheduled class will be turned away but can re-schedule one time based on availability.
Students wishing to cancel or re-schedule or that have been 'Turned Away' may Re-Schedule 1 time before they forfeit their course registration fees.
Replacement CPR Cards requested for ANY Reason will be processed for $15 dollars.
Students registering into a BLS CPR Class at the 'Re-Certification Rate' understand the instructors of NorCal E.M.T. will verify their possession of a previous certification card (any curriculum) prior to the start of class. ACLS and PALS Refresher students must possess an American Heart Association certification card. Students must have the current appropriate AHA course textbook for their individual use before, during, and after the course. If you do not have access to a textbook, textbooks may be purchased from 'Laerdal Medical' by calling ....(877-523-7325) and order BLS Text #90-1038, ACLS Text #80-1088 or from NorCal EMT's 'Course Materials' page at time of registration.
